In this case, I really don't have to deal with a contract carrier's customer service or issues - I go straight to Net10. With Net10, the experience has been very positive and I have nothing to complain about. While I'm not saving a $100 a month, I'm saving more than $65 and I don't have an extra fees - not to mention phones are very affordable. In a year, I figure to have nearly $800 more in my pocket. They suggested I buy something to guarantee service in my home and I told them that when I signed my 2 yr contract I wasnt told that I wouldnt be able to get service in my home. Bad Company.
