Automating Repetitive Tasks

Recently I read a guest post on Shoemoney’s blog about this guy (uberaffiliate.com) who setup a nice semi-automated system to advertise on facebook. It was an interesting read, but something he mentioned in the post really got my wheels turning. He mentioned a firefox plugin called Imacros that would record a series of actions that you do within firefox. After you have saved the macro you can replay it at any time to quickly replicate that action.

I am not going to go as far as to reveal some of the ideas that I had about using this cool little plugin, but I did want to give it a mention. If you think like I do I am sure you can think of dozens of uses for this application.

Is anyone else already using Imacros? If so, I would love to hear how you’re using it.
