Driving at Breakneck Speeds in Downtown Paris
“On an August morning in 1978, French filmmaker Claude Lelouch mounted a gyro-stabilized camera to the bumper of a Ferrari 275 GTB and had a friend, a professional Formula 1 racer, drive at breakneck speed through the heart of Paris. No streets were closed, for Lelouch was unable to obtain a permit.”

Sick video!
Mike
I havent seen this video in a long time. It really seems hardcore. If I remember correctly the crew of the TV show in the UK called 5th Gear busted this urban legend. The car wasnt a ferrari, but in fact the ferrari sound was dubbed over later. I dont recall what car they used for it though. You’d have to find the episode of 5th gear to find out.
good video to watch none the less.
